Property info

Welcome to Hip Nautic, only 100 metres to the beach. Located close to the Surf beach this home has loads of room for a large family, extra friends or a second family. This home has seen an extensive renovation, it will not disappoint. A large room downstairs has 2 sets of King Single bunks and a Sofa Bed (QS), a great chill out zone for teenagers as it has its own lounge and TV area, free Wifi and direct access to the back yard. A shower and separate toilet are located with the laundry to service this area. Upstairs there are two living areas either side of the house, the back living area has an open fire and would be a cosy spot during the colder months. The front living area has air conditioning and comfy couches and TV. The perfect spot to relax in when you have had a big day at the beach. The stunning new kitchen and dining area are centrally located in between with access to the back deck. The front deck has an outdoor setting and BBQ. There is also another outdoor setting located in the back yard. Two further bedrooms with queen beds are also located upstairs serviced by the main renovated bathroom. This property does not include linen (sheets, pillowcases and towels)

Enjoy our beautiful Hinterland with boutique wineries and breweries, markets, birdwatching, bushwalking, rock platforms, whale watching, Great Southern Rail Trail, swimming, surfing, and visits to the surrounding towns.
