A very conveniently located motel with space to park, close to the centre of Brisbane. A short walk from the CityCat terminal! The bed and bedroom were basic and comfortable. My room had a small balcony for my morning coffee.

Went for Jumpers and Jazz in July, was a great weekend full of activities and things to see, good food. The Saturday was great with Suitcase rummage and food stalls (though the food stalls packed up quite early)
Sunday was a huge market full of wonderful food and stalls, really excellent
Definitely recommend this for fans of craft and art and jazz, but its a great visit anyway! Just bring warm clothes its the middle of winter!!
Recommend!!! A great weekend

Warwick is a great friendly Queensland town, which still has a lot of heritage style buildings. I hope they can keep it that way and not lose their ambience to modern development.
Some of the old pubs with high ceilings, pressed metal ceilings and fretwork are still in great condition. Some beautiful stone buildings and a lot of old queenslander houses in the back streets if you drive around.
We had a couple of nice meal’s around town and dinner at the criterion hotel was fabulous

The staff were friendly and efficient, the food and drinks at the restaurant were first class, my wife has a disability and the car space outside our room was extra wide and the bathroom toilet and shower had railings to hold on to.they Certainly go out of their way to accommodate all travellers.

Warwick is a good base to discover the area.
Warwick is a good base to discover the area. Lots of little towns around it. Warwick itself has some nice historical buildings. Allora is worth a look with it's connection to Mary Poppins. Sunflower season is the best time to visit but that is dependent on weather and planting. Killarney and Queen Mary Falls are also worth visiting.

We liked the older buildings.
We liked the older buildings. We had dinner at a Chinese restaraunt on the corner of the main road and King St and would highly recommend it. Warwick is a very easy town to find your way around.
If we pass through Warwick again we would choose a motel or BNB without a hotel attached.

We enjoyed walking around the main town centre and seeing some of the old buildings.
We visited Main Range National Park rainforest circuit - beautiful rainforest and Queen Mary Falls which was spectacular scenery.
Gardens Galore is a very interesting place to pop into - plants, pots, garden ornaments, clothes, jewellery, cafe, ice cream and lollies….. great!
We dined at the RSL - very nice and reasonable prices.
it was very clean and well maintained. A lot of thought had gone into the “little things” that make a lot of difference. Of all the motels we stayed in over a 10-day trip the Country Rose was far and away the most comfortable, welcoming and well presented.
Les, whom we met at reception, was friendly and helpful and had clearly made a lot of changes to the motel in the two years he has been there to update the rooms and facilities. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Country Rose to anyone wanting to stay in Warwick.
I actually stayed 3 nights while working between Stanthorpe and Toowoomba and Pittsworth. The motel was perfect for setting up a little office area on the table. The room and bathroom was clean and reminded me of the motels I stayed in as a little kid with my grandparents.
I read comments that people could hear the highway trucks, I was so tired I had no issue falling asleep and staying asleep. The bed was comfortable as were the pillows.
I'd highly recommend the City View Motel.
So clean and office open later than usual times. Also a Restaurant attached that we could book as we were travelling after Medical appointments and not an early check in.
Huge traffic on Coronation Drive out of Brisbane and Coachman's adjusted our check in and Restaurant booking for us with a simple phone call.
Great place in Warwick and I doubt I will stay anywhere else (unless they are booked out when I ring them)
❤️👏👍👍
It is a little out of the way but worth it for the quality of the hotel. It's a piece of local history beautifully restored. I stayed in a loft with ensuite and it was great. Spacious, spotless and a/c that kept up with the blistering temperatures. The staff were very friendly and helpful and parking was a breeze.
Spacious
Quiet – no noise at night
About 1 km from the heart of Warwick
Good TV reception
Good wifi (measured 45 Mbps up / 14 Mbps down)
Aircon in loungeroom works well
Good shower
Very large and comfortable bed (firm mattress)
Convenient parking on driveway right outside door
Hassle-free check-in
I thought the idea was revolutionary. Obviously at the price you would expect a challenge to conventional accommodation. This turned my overnight stay in Warwick into a novelty overnight holiday. The van had everything I needed with the added bonus of music records and a turntable.
In front unit parking
Pleasant welcome from reception staff
The unit suited our overnight stay.
Would return if in Warwick again.
Much better than some of the Warwick motels
Nothing spectacular but does the job. Rooms are good to sleep, beds are OK, bathroom is OK, people at reception are OK. Very close to an IGA, so it's easy to buy cheap food.
The Abbey has been beautifully restored and decorated. A superb place to stay with very helpful and friendly staff. We will definitely be returning to this amazing hotel.
Location was close to Dressing and Viewing at Burstows Funeral directors, Allora for Funeral and Warwick city where we needed to be for Family gathering for Wake.
In a great location but set back from the road.
High quality furnishings and a luxury feel. Lovely soft towels.
Spacious Bathroom.
Friendly helpful owners.
A very cute tastefully decorated self contained apartment. Had everything we needed. Located a short walk to shops and food options. We enjoyed our stay.
