Renovated timber beach house set high in Massinger Street timber floors throughout with 2 outdoor areas only a short stroll to Clarkes Beach and to the main shopping area. The home has timber floor throughout and a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities with a parents retreat upstairs all main areas air conditioned - linen is supplied. This accommodation is self-contained and bed, bathroom and kitchen linen is supplied, however it is not serviced. Contact our office if you would like to organise a service clean at an additional cost. Please supply your own toiletry items (we provide a few basics). For beach towels, highchairs, cots, or extra linen please contact Byron Bay Holiday Hire. ***NO SCHOOL LEAVERS, HENS OR BUCKS*** This property strictly forbids parties and gatherings, please note that failure to comply can result in a loss of security deposit or immediate termination.
