Such a pretty town, with the best of both coastal and rural views & activities.
A big variety of Great restaurants and cafes, with friendly service. Indoor and outdoor seating available at nearly all businesses.
A huge variety of other stores as well, clothing, toys, books, pharmacies, supermarkets, post office, op shops, specialty boutiques, information bureau - the list is endless.
All this, yet the small town feel, remains. 🥰

Lovely beachside town.
Lovely beachside town. We went there over Easter, and would consider going back again for longer. Went to Jamberoo, and had an awesome time! Kids enjoyed it more than Wet n Wild on the Gold Coast. But that was mainly because it wasn't crowed at Easter, and the queues were much shorter, so kids had a lot more time actually going on the rides, than waiting in queues. Lovely coastline to explore. We also visited the Illawara Fly and did the Zipline tour. What a lot of fun! and beautiful views and forest.

The hosts were so accommodating.
The hosts were so accommodating. The bed was comfortable, the studio was modern and clean including the bathroom and kitchen. The view from the deck was sensational. Walking distance to Kiama Coastal Walk. Good sized yard. The hosts were contactable and readily available for assistance. Great value for money. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Bernie and Joan for all your help! ;)

Kiama had a few beaches to go to.
Kiama had a few beaches to go to. There are a couple of rock pools that seemed very popular with the locals and tourists. The blowhole is always a big draw card to Kiama. The local fish market had school prawns which I haven’t been able to buy for quite awhile. If you like good coffee, you will not be disappointed. The Kiama Leagues Club was just down the road from our accommodation and our meal was very good. There is a very nice coastal walk with excellent views.

Kiama is a beautiful little town.
Kiama is a beautiful little town. The views are the draw card, around the harbour and the blowhole . It’s very walkable but hilly so be prepared. There is a bit of building going on improving facilities in town. A new shopping centre. The Salvos shop is awesome , large, clean and well spaced. The Vinnies shop is also a lovely place to browse.
The cafes and restaurants are numerous and staff lively and energetic.
Top tip; get off the main drag and see the side streets too, it’s very pretty.
About a 7 min walk to the main street, and about a 5 min walk to one of the beaches. It was across from one but there was a massive car park and footy oval you had to cross to get to the beach. The furniture has since been updated but the photos on booking.com haven't been so it's MUCH nicer then the pictures show. Great appliances top of the range stuff in the house. Pretty happy. Excellent outdoor area also. Abit pricey but worth it for luxury and convenience. Also fantastic aircon that gets the whole house and every room.
Terrible accomodation - this is at a PUB, which was not advertised when I booked. People I didn’t feel safe around live at this accomodation. Loud at night. Cigarette smoke smell in room and bathrooms. I didn’t actually make it through the night and had to leave… Booked for 1 week and had to leave the first night because I felt so unsafe here and deceived by the booking.com listing. DON’T STAY HERE UNLESS YOU’RE AWARE IT’S ABOVE A LOUD LOCAL PUB WITH METH-HEADS LIVING HERE.
We loved the our stay at Aloha Kiama. It's the perfect location- you are close enough to walk to the beach and far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the town to relax. Everything you need is within a 3-4 minute drive.
It's a beautiful and spacious home- a great blend of luxury and relaxation.
We loved how easy it was to communicate with our hosts if anything came up and the small touches like, the welcome booklet, to help make the most of our stay.
Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Balcony is nice, but better choose rooms to the street, otherwise you look at the hotel parking... Staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel is based in the centre of town. Choose the club at the crossing for a good dinner. Membership for the day is for free.
This spotless, light filled and well appointed unit was perfect for our 1 night stay for a wedding in Kiama.
The location is very central, a short walk to cafes, restaurants and shops. The hosts Rachael and Mark are very accommodating. We would love to return and stay for longer.
Everything is amazing. Great ocean view! Clean and brand new furniture with designer decoration. Just so comfortable that I wanna spend a whole day there. Its balcony is also the perfect spot for coffee. Wonderful location in close proximity to Kiama city centre.
About a 7 minute drive from the main strip and beaches of Kiama, but surrounded by the lush hills of Jamberoo it feels like you are in a world of your own. The property has thought of everything you might need when glamping. We would love to stay again.
House on the hill was in a great location, close to shopping, town centre and local attractions. House was spacious with plenty of room to be together and also to have your own space.
Home away from home.
Friendly area with lots of parks.
Everything so close to Kiama but still fat enough to just unwind from fast paced city life .
Would recommend to anyone who would just let the fast pace behind for a few days .
Take a bath under the stars
Central location. Cafe at the front of the property serves nice meals and good coffee. I was in Kiama to to do Coastal walk from Gerringong and the hotel is nice and close to the train station
Location, location, location!
On the 20km Kiama Coastal Trek walk
Close to Kendalll Beach. Safe for swimming
And close to Kiama town centre
Owner lovely and was immaculate and comfortable
Overall we really enjoyed our stay, the hotel was very clean and tidy, excellent location right in the centre of Kiama and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Good value for money
Great location as the cabins are on a beach, perfect for watching the sunrise over the sea and an easy walk around the headland to Kiama lighthouse, blowhole and town.
The hotel was conveniently located, had all the facilities that we needed, the staff were very helpfull and efficient.
The room was spacious, clean and well appointed
This is an attractive property set in spacious gardens not far from the centre of town. It is easy to get to yet far enough away to be very quiet and restful.
