Location is excellent - easy to get to, across the road from the beach. Plenty of parking. Staff were lovely and my room was spacious and very private. Great Sicilian restaurant in the same building.

We just needed to find a reasonably priced hotel to sleep in overnight that didn't look like you'd get murdered in. This was a pleasant surprise and very clean and comfortable too. Near a major shopping centre and a tavern (with interesting locals) but i would definitely stay here again especially for the price, friendly staff and comfy bed.
