Comfy beds and the room was quiet, we had an OK view of the city but we appreciated the closet space for all our clothes as well. Friendly staff.

great space, all the utensils etc were what one would need, great shower and water pressure, very clean, bed very comfortable, having your own parking space was a bonus, having the river and Bot gardens to spend time in was soothing, way better than a motel. loved the space and drawers in the bathroom, can spread his and her stuff out without putting on the floor etc

I really like the aquatic centre. The wide 25m indoor pool is just right for swimming laps or for swimming with the grandchild. I have never been in the 50m outdoor pool as I have never been in Horsham in summer but it looks inviting.
We had a delicious meal at the Thai restaurant on Pynsent St and were appreciative that they could fit us in on a busy night.
Sawyer park and a walk along the Wimmera River and a shawarma from the van in the park were real treats.

Horsham is a lovely, pretty and very neat town.
Horsham is a lovely, pretty and very neat town. Well set out streets, great shops (especially ladies clothing!), fantastic eateries/dining places. It has a terrific small children's playground in May Park. Most of the motels/hotels are within or very close to the town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

The first place we went to eat was the RSL and it was the most ridiculous place to try and get into down some little back entrance alley way. Went in there and turned around and came out. Looked very dingy. Ended up going to the Sports Club which was pleasant.

Nice small country town, not really a touristic destination on its own but a comfortable base camp to explore the Grampians. Quite a bit of gliding activity at the local airport, that is why I travelled there.

I drive through anything from once to three times a year.
I drive through anything from once to three times a year. I have only stayed over night. I have been thinking of staying a few night to spend some time here. I always love driving through and staying overnight.
On our arrival we received a very warm welcome from the reception; the lady was very friendly & interested in our stay. She asked about our dining plans for that night & then booked a table for us at the local hotel. At the hotel we were told we had the last table available so if it had not been booked we would have had to find somewhere else to eat. Later we asked at reception for extra milk so that we could use our own cereal for breakfast & that was provided happily. Great service all round.
The location of the motel was excellent. The breakfast in the morning of egg and bacon on 2 pieces of toast for $11 was OUTSTANDING!!!!!. The male owner was so friendly and enthusiastic which made it all the more pleasant. In the room they had bottles of wine, beer, choc bars ,chips etc for purchase and all at very reasonable price. We purchased a bottle of red wine for $16 and it was of reasonable quality. Would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Horsham
The breakfast was generally passable, but the hotel operator should put some work into the presentation of the breakfast. When I entered the breakfast room, a guest was reaching half way into a sliced bread plastic bag to select a slice for her toast !
I suggest that the provision of at least 2 pairs of tongs, with a sign on the wall asking guests to select the bread for their toast with the tongs would be appropriate.......
You can not get a better location in Horsham. It is within a block of the main street of the town where they are cafes, pubs and takeaway. The most central location of all hotels in town. There is even a hotel next door. In summer the swimming pool would be great. The shower was beautiful and strong flow and warm. The owners are very helpful and obliging about any requests. .
It was a nice, clean motel room. Great for my quick night stop in Horsham while on my way from SA to Vic. Bathroom was a tad run down but everything functional. Bed was very clean and comfortable which is what I mainly cared about.
It was the most relaxing stay of my work week, having the space to spread out and work rather than in a cramped hotel room was pleasant, I would not hesitate to stay again! Communication from the host is fantastic.
Reception check in went smoothly and efficiently.
Hotel restaurant - pleasant atmosphere and decor. The menu and wine list were good. The food was great.
Waitresses are friendly and obliging.
The Motel was very clean and tidy, the owner was very friendly and chatty, made us feel very welcome, and the Motel was situated in a good spot, walking distance to restaurants and cafes.
I've travelled through Horsham many times and this hotel is much quieter than many of the others. Clean, friendly staff and a great stay. Would recommend
