Only steps to the river and town, even a passenger ferry to Yamba. You can park the car in the double lock up garage and spend your time leisurely strolling along the bay while taking in the picturesque views. Enjoy a BBQ and watch the world drift by on the mighty Clarence from the front patio area. This well-appointed three bedroom apartment comfortably accommodates 6 guests, has a large living area, two bathrooms, a generous sized kitchen with a dishwasher, family sized washing machine, air-conditioning and all the modern comforts of home. This property is located in Iluka where the magical stretch of pristine coastline and unspoilt heritage rainforest allows you to be as idle or active as you like.
