Located in the heart of Broadbeach on Australia's Gold Coast, The Star Grand at The Star Gold Coast is set among 7 acres of landscaped gardens and parklands.

Room was great, but we had people next door who played loud music all the time. We let it go for the first 2 days, but eventually had to call management to get them to stop. That was our only disappointment.

The location was great and convenient, close by all the restaurants and centers around, plus the room was very comfortable.

• QT Gold Coast has just undergone a complete refurbishment of all 293 guest rooms and suites.

There was a nice ambience at the pool during the day and the hotel is very nice.

Featuring a private saltwater lagoon, sandy beaches and an artificial reef with tropical fish, the 28-story JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa is set in the heart of Surfers Paradise.

The properly is in excellent condition and we were particularly impressed with the professionalism of the staff. In particular, Pranjal at the front desk was very helpful when checking in. She noted that my wife and I were celebrating our 40th anniversary and she made a point of helping us celebrate! In addition, we dined at the sushi bar in Misono restaurant. Our server Edmund was very attentive and pleasant to deal with throughout our dining experience.

Located in the heart of Surfers Paradise, The Island offers modern boutique accommodations with the popular Rooftop Bar and vibrant restaurant and bar, Goldie.

Great value and very friendly staff. The rooms were modern and the beds were very comfortable. Overall an ideal stay. Lots of places for dinner nearby and some nice touches with the snacks and water in the room.

Woodroffe Hotel is located in Southport on the beautiful Gold Coast. It offers convenient access to public transport, parklands, theme parks and is only 2.4 mi to Surfers Paradise.

Room very clean. It is a 70's hotel so showers old but but super clean and fun. Hotel food was lovely. And overall very good value.

    Holidayed on the Gold Coast Yearly since 1968 .Its my go to place when I need a break. The surrounds are stunning and the weather in excellent. Recomend it to anyone that wants both an exciting time or time to unwind. Heaps of things to do for all ages

    Biggera Waters area is away from the hustle and bustle of Surfers Paradise and has safe swimming areas for kids. Did not see anyone swimming though. Maybe too cold this time of year? Nice places to eat nearby as well as grocery store within walking distance.

    It’s my third visit to the Gold Coast and I love it. I have nothing negative to say except after the cyclone it’s messed up some of the beaches but I expect this will be put right in due course and it didn’t spoil this visit

    I love the Gold Coast having lived there some years ago, I love Australia, and the friendliness of the people. The Theme Parks were a huge hit with the kids and the shopping was fab too The M1 rocks for getting around easily.

    Hadn't been there for 30 years and had to pinch myself to believe I was still in Australia. Multi storey buildings go for miles and miles. Endless restaurants, things to do and the parks and beaches are what you'd expect from the east coast of Australia. Top shelf holiday destination. Only drawback was a lot of restaurants don't provide an adequate dining experience for kids but seem to cater for the cashed up yuppies.

    We enjoyed every bit of the property. We are a family Who go away a lot but usually stay at a hotel, however will choose big 4 Gold Coast any day. We have also stayed at other big 4 SA, Coffs Harbour and NSW the Gold Coast is by far the best one yet. We have already booked our next stay for January along with my sister and her family.

    A few minutes walk to The Gold Coast Convention Centre & Star Casino. Also a short walk to all the Broadbeach restaurants & cafes. 5 minute walk to beach. Clean rooms, comfortable bed , well equipped kitchen & ocean view. Good car parking. Nice staff. Fast lift even though the hotel was very busy.
