COVID Cancellations/Changes We understand that if a lockdown means you are not permitted to come and stay, it is different than cancelling or changing a booking for other reasons. If a lockdown means you (as the person booking) are not permitted to come and stay, we will provide you with the choice of either cancelling and getting a full refund or changing your dates. Please ask us if you have any questions about this offer as some exclusions may apply based on notice, group composition restrictions, etc. About the home “On Chapel” is a delightful single-storey home in the very heart of lively Cowes, easily walkable to both the beach and to the town centre, with its supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants on your doorstep! Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below: ** Indoor Areas ** The home features an open plan kitchen / dining / living area (with smart TV & DVD player) leading onto the deck. The main bedroom (with TV & DVD player) has a WIR and ensuite (with shower & toilet). There are two more bedrooms, a main bathroom (with spa bath and freestanding shower), then a separate toilet and laundry. There is also internal access to the garage. ** Outdoor Areas ** Outdoor living is catered for as well, with a fully enclosed outdoor space opening off the dining room. This comfortable area is equipped with a gas BBQ plus outdoor setting. There is ample space for cars also – two in the remote-controlled garage and room for another in the driveway. ** Kitchen ** The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, a nescafe dolce gusto pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, fridge, dishwasher, an electric oven and cook top. ** Heating/Cooling Systems ** The home has wall mounted reverse cycle split system units in the living area as well as in all bedrooms. ** Bedding Configuration ** "On Chapel" is configured to comfortably sleep any combination of adults and children up to a maximum of 8: Bedroom 1: One Queen bed Bedroom 2: One Queen bed Bedroom 3: Two sets of single bunks ** Linen ** A standard booking comes with doonas with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bath mats. Guests can bring their own sheets (flat and fitted), pillow cases and towels or opt to pay extra for this 'optional linen'. The cost to provide optional linen is a once off fee per stay of $30 per king/queen/double bed and $15 per single bed. Please advise us if you would like this additional service. ** Peak Periods ** Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, ** check in times **are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Please also note that if you avail of the optional** linen hire **over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up. ** Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies ** Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
