Parklands Hotel & Apartments is a 3 star property ideally located in the leafy suburb of Dickson close to the Dickson dinning precinct. There are 65 apartments consisting of one, two and 3 bedroom apartments. One, two and three bedroom apartments are fully self-contained with kitchens and laundry facilities. Some ground floor apartments have balconies. Queen Suite have a kitchenette. Hotel Facilities include a heated indoor swimming pool with a gymnasium. Complimentary undercover secure car parking (subject to availability) and FREE WIFI in all rooms and public areas. All rooms have access to seven FOXTEL channels, including Showtime movies, Movies Comedy, FOX8 Sky News and Fox sport 1, 2 and 3. We are only minutes away from the following attractions: Australian War Memorial, Canberra Stadium, ACT Racecourse, Lyneham Tennis Centre, Exhibition Park, Canberra Netball Centre, Yowani Golf Course, Casino Canberra, Canberra Convention Centre and Canberra City. Parklands Hotel & Apartments has conference facilities with seating from 10 to 110 people.

The Parklands Hotel & Apartments is located in the leafy suburb of Dickson. Dickson is located in the Inner North of the Nations Capital Canberra, It is named after Sir James Dickson who was a Queensland advocate of Australian Federation and one of the founders of the Australian Constitution. Dickson has large playing fields with several ovals, which are used to play many sports including soccer, cricket and rugby, as well as the venue for schools carnivals, and are a popular place on weekends. Near the playing fields is a walking track between rows of pine, oak and gum trees which leads to the Dickson shopping center. Hawdon Place is where the Canberra Space Dome and Observatory used to be located before being destroyed by fire in 2010. The street is cut in half by the eastern branch of Sullivan's Creek, which runs in a concrete drain. On the south side of Sullivan's Creek at this point is the Dickson Wetlands, which was completed in December 2011. North Canberra is located to the north and east of Canberra's City, to the north of Lake Burley Griffin and west of Mount Majura and south of Mount Ainslie, and is bounded to the north by the Barton Highway and Federal. with the Nation
