Superbly located, beautifully presented, with a peak of the sea and only a short walk from the beach. Come and stay at Seaclusion on Toorbul for your home away from home on Bribie Island. This beautifully decorated unit is now ready to be rented for your holiday stay at Bribie Island.This unit comes with air conditioning in the lounge room and ceiling fans, excellent open plan modern kitchen/dining and living with a spacious balcony. Also, Smart TV and Wireless internet. Only accessible by stairs, this unit is on the third floor. 2 x double bedrooms 1 x bathroom Open plan kitchen/dining/lounge Balcony All linen will be provided including 1 bath towel and 1 beach towel per person. You will also be provided with a complimentary pack of shampoo, conditioner, soap and body wash. Tea, coffee, sugar, milk and water is also provided to start you off. Street parking only available. This is a delightful unit situated in a small complex - don't delay in booking for that special event or holiday! We require a 30% deposit to secure the booking. The balance is due 40 days before arrival/ Payments can be made via bank transfer or we can do card payments which incur a 1.5% surcharge fee. We do require card details for holding of the security bond, we don't charge the bond out. If you cancel the booking outside the 40 days the deposit will be refunded. No parties or smoking.
