During your stay We are excited to host you at one of more than 350 properties on the NSW South Coast, Southern Highlands, Port Stephens and country NSW. Directions to the property will be emailed to our guests 7 days prior to arrival and key codes are issued by text on day of arrival. We will text you in the morning after your first night to ensure everything is going well and give you the opportunity to report anything you are not satisfied with. A short walk to the beach! This spacious duplex, townhouse style property, has modern furnishings in the lounge areas, complete with fully ducted air-conditioning throughout, TV and DVD and stereo. There are two dining areas - a formal dining room as well as a dining area attached to the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. There are four bedrooms upstairs all with built-in robes. Bedroom one has a queen bed, BIR and an ensuite. Bedroom two has two single beds. Bedroom three has a queen bed and BIR. Bedroom four has a tri-bunk and a BIR. The shared bathroom has a bath and separate shower. There is an internal laundry with washer and dryer. Parking is in the driveway and there is enough space on the front lawn for a large boat.
