Upstairs features large main bedroom, luxurious ensuite and a walk through robe. Downstairs has another two spacious bedrooms a family room, bathroom and a compact laundry. An outdoor shower is located to the side of the house for a quick wash after a trip to the beach. Enjoy outdoor entertaining on the large private deck leading from the spacious open plan living area & impressive entertainer's kitchen. A double garage provides a secure space to leave the cars when you are at the beach. Separate Host Terms and Conditions must be completed and returned to our office to finalise your booking. Key Collection is between 2pm and 5pm (4pm weekends) arrival out of these hours will incur an extra fee. This property DOES include linen (sheets and towels)
