This is a delightful, comfortable, split-level home with a good-sized native garden, outside deck area and BBQ. It is in a fabulous position with a bus stop (Snapper and Bimba St) right outside the premises. Its central position means there is no need to bring a car and you will be guaranteed excercise! It is 10 minutes walking distance to Point Lookout, shops, cafes, the hotel and the Gelati shop! The fabulous gorge walk is an easy walk as is Cylinder Beach (flagged) and Deadmans and Frenchmans beach. The house is set back from the main road and is in a lovely quiet area. There is covered onsite parking. Entry level there is a queen- sized bedroom, ensuite and laundry. On the next level is the kitchen, living and entertaining area opening onto the covered deck with BBQ and courtyard. The top floor has 2 bedrooms, one queen sized bedroom and then two king singles in the other. It also has a second bathroom and a second lounge with a very comfortable double sized pull-out futon bed. All rooms have ceiling fans. All bookings include a full linen pack.
