Comfy beds, classic interiors, excellent sized bathroom and bath. Nice fittings and beautiful view.
The staff were lovely and friendly and so helpful with our baby. Crib was comfy and she slept well. Buffet breakfast is still the best I’ve had. Gym is awesome. Always enjoy staying there!

Car parking was hard to find and needed me to download an app onto my phone so that I could pay for it. However, being a non tech savvy senior citizen, I was unable to do that. Yet another example of an entire generation of elderly people being left behind and disregarded. Sounds like whingeing but it would have been beneficial to know prior to me driving 5 hrs to Williamstown. I would have gone somewhere else for my first holiday since my wife passed away. We went there many years prior, but used public transport, and had a lovely experience. I have taken my car to Sydney (often), and had no problem paying for parking with my card. Very disappointing...

Williamstown retains it seaside village charm whilst being an easy commute to the city. The waterside area has great facilities and has lots of food options close by. Willie, as it is called by the locals, has a lively shopping and food scene, with everything in easy walking distance.

Williamstown, although close to Melbourne, still has a great regional vibe. It's vibrant, easy to get around, has fabulous architecture, shops and dining options. The walk along Nelson Place promenade is wonderful and the vista across to Melbourne at night is spectacular!

Being a beachside suburb it is a thriving but quiet little town in autumn winter. It’s character is it’s history dating back to 1850’s with mostly well preserved turn of century cottages but development is obvious as you drive around. The dining options along the Esplanade are many, there is much to see and do.

Williamstown is a great suburb and the shopping strip offers something for everyone. It was winter when I was there this time, but even the beach is within walking distance. The New Hobson Bay Hotel is an excellent place for a meal or a drink on the rooftop bar.
The train station is walkable from Ferguson St and there is plenty of walking paths to keep you fit!
The only negative is that if you need to drive to the otherside of the city you need to use the Westgate Bridge which is always busy with traffic.

Proximity to the city but Willamstown is quite separate and has a small town feel. Differing areas of the town provide diversity with mix of past and present. Lively cafe and roadside culture. Closeness of water and boats provide relaxing atmosphere. Shame that the ferry is not running regularly
This is our second time staying at Quest Williamstown North. We find the location and views out of the 2 bedroom apartments exceptional. We brought our bikes this time and enjoyed cycling beyond Altona or to Williamstown. We did some Christmas cooking this time - the oven worked well as well as the dishwasher. We knew to bring a few extras for the kitchen to make it easier. The beds are comfortable and the air con works well!
Easy place to get a park for drop off, key code for building and card access to apartment. Spacious apartment, excellent bed, comfortable couches, full kitchen, good shower. Central Williamstown, with shops and restaurants very close. Also easy walking to ferry, shoreline, botanical garden and museum. Opposite pub, but I heard very little noise on a Friday night
The location was fantastic, totally accessible by public transport. The property itself was completely unique and absolutely stunning. I stayed in the Captains Suite and it was completely divine! It set off Williamstown to it’s perfect historical best. Melissa was so helpful and accommodating even at the late hour I arrived!
Great spot in the middle of Williamstown. A high end apartment above the garage that has all the good appliances and is very comfortable. It is very comfortable inside and the decor is great. Good hosts who leave some groceries to help out on day one.
Cleanliness and comfort were impeccable. My wife and I had recently returned from a seven week world trip staying always in 5 star hotels that were NOT in any way superior to Punt Hill Apartments. Yes, that's a big call, but it's true.
The location was great. I really think these type of premises should include undercover secure parking as part of the rate charged per night for the hotel. They charge enough anyway and I feel parking should be included.
The staff were very friendly, located in the heart of Williamstown with easy access to great restaurants and free Williamstown tour. Accommodation was elegant, had a luxurious feel and was very comfortable.
Staff extremely friendly. Breakfast package was delicious and fresh and the perfect amount. Location is right in the heart of Williamstown with a beautiful view to the CBD.
Parking on site was great - reasonable rate - location right in the centre of Williamstown and near water is excellent. Comfortable apartment - restaurant on site was great.
