Breakfast was unavailable there on the premises but there were many cafe's just up the road so it really was not a problem. The room we had was huge in the bathroom area but small and cosy for the sleeping area.
Springbrook is a beautiful natural environment. It is best to bring food with you because there are limited places to eat out. If you like being close to some great walking trails and experiencing nature then Springbrook is the place to visit.

A warm welcome at reception.
A warm welcome at reception. The chalet was cosy, relaxing and had sufficient facilities. The hot tub was amazing after a days walking. Kichen was equipped with plenty utensils. Bed very comfortable. The fire was fantastic, kept us toasty and warm in the evening. Beautiful colourful birds fly to the bird tables to feed, bird seed is in a pot in the chalet kitchen so you can feed the lovely birds. Close to the National Park.

The cabin was such a romantic little getaway, loved everything about it. Not close to a lot of restaurants (about an hour plus drive), so definitely recommend cooking, except it definitely needs more kitchenware in the house and definitely an oven. Easy and close to find rainforest tracks.

If you are looking for a place to relax in natural bush setting, this is the place! We enjoyed reading, feeding the birds and walking through the bush. The quiet and fresh mountain air was so refreshing after a busy term. Bring your bubbly and favourite feel good food-the fully equiped kitchen lets you save by doing your own catering!
Susie is a lovely lady with amazing attention to detail and it really shows with this beautiful space.
It was sparkling clean and had every amenity you needed and more.
The beds linens and towels were super lush. The grounds of her property are incredible and a great gateway to the breathtaking surrounding area of Springbrook.
Amazing value as well. We can't rate this place highly enough! 11/10!
Thanks so much Susie, We are looking forward to returning.
Beautiful back-to-nature location. Immaculately presented and well-equipped cabins with thoughtful touches throughout to ensure a comfortable stay with total privacy. A warm welcome from the owner Graham, along with the wood-burning fireplace and recently renovated bathroom put Springbrook Lyrebird Retreat well-ahead of the rest. This is an ideal property to escape from the pressures of everyday life, and enjoy some quality time with someone special.
The cottage is beautifully setup and has a warm feeling about it. Gus the host was very helpful. We really enjoyed having access to the fire pit and enjoyed a fire each night. The place had all the little things in the kitchen that made it more at home. The front and back verandahs were great for sitting. We also enjoyed the outdoor bath after doing the nearby walking trails. Springbrook has stunning walks and landscape.
The location was lovely with a creek and small waterfall on the property. There was a beautiful lookout over a large waterfall and gorge a short distance down the road. The cottage was cosy, comfortable and romantic. Within Springbrook national park there were some amazing hikes and lookouts, in particular the Purling Brook falls and Twin falls circuit. The manager (San) was very helpful.
Ebony was super friendly and gave us very good ideas of what to do with our time in Springbrook.
She was also super friendly and had a super cute dog that loves to play!
The yurt was also amazing!! So spacious, clean and well decorated.
There are boardgames, outdoor fire and indoor wood burner.
An amazing place to stay! I would love to come back!
Very comfortable and well equipped cabin in a wilderness setting.
Close to scenic lookouts and walking trails.
The natve birds visited the cabin every day to sample the bird-seed provided by our hosts.
A fireplace is provided, but wasn't needed at the time of our visit. It would be very pleasant to have in a winter break.
We had such an amazing time in spring Brook and it was largely because of how amazing this rental was. It rained pretty heavily while we were there and we ended up staying in more then we had planned. The space was so nice, the area so gorgeous it made staying in a treat! I can not say enough nice things about this place!
Lovely clean chalet in a great setting within the hills of Springbrook. Everything you need is there in the chalet for your stay including fire wood and seed to feed the visitors each morning. Paul and Sharon are wonderful hosts and help in anyway possible. Wish we could have stayed longer.
Super cosy, spacious chalet complete with wood fire. Everything was clean and tidy. The kitchen was complete, the beds comfy. The location is just perfect, so much to see and do for nature lovers. Loved the wildlife visiting us. Staff were super friendly.
Amazing location; yurt was cosy and very comfortable. Such a great space to relax and unwind. The property is right next to the national park and waterfall; so special to have nature on the doorstep!
Meals provided by Ebony were tasty and generous.
We had a fantastic stay! If you are doing the springbrook walks, the location is unbeatable.
A lot of attention to details by the hosts, even some bird aeed in the room. These little things made it feel very homely.
Gorgeous A-frame cabin in a beautiful setting amongst the rain forest. The spar was easily accessible and massive! The views outside were wonderful, especially with the clouds and rain falling on our weekend.
Lovely room and beautiful environment, everything is just what we after, definitely come back next time. Anyone wants to stay in springbrook, here is a best choice for you to go.
Incredibly beautiful accommodation and setting. The indoor fireplace made the ger really warm, even in the middle of winter. Super lovely hosts and perfect location.
Incredible location in the Springbrook National Park right on the edge of the Purling Brook Falls section - less than 5 minutes walk from the head of the falls.
Our cabin Pitta is fantastic. It is amazing to live in such a cabin deep in rainforest. it’s location is good for travelling within Springbrook national park.
