Baku and Shahdag were beautiful places and I would definitely visit again. People are friendly and helpful. Our only issue was the Passage Boutique Hotel which was a great disappointment. Booked this hotel based on my reliance on Booking.com ratings but the room allotted was not the same shown on booking.com.
