Please note that a US$9.63 per night Levy Government tax will be charged upon check out. This applies to all Barbados properties as of July 1st, 2018.
Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
Also Bougainvillea Barbados will require that all guests 19 years and over be fully vaccinated (i.e. all required jabs taken no less than 14 days prior to arrival). If you have a medical exemption from vaccination, please forward it to us at res@bougainvillearesort.com, so that your booking can be updated accordingly.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform Bougainvillea Barbados of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, write this and your company details in the Special Requests box.
In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.
When booking half board, note that drinks are not included.

A damage deposit of $200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
