Toronto is a sparkling city that spreads along 32 kilometres of Lake Ontario shores and follows a regimented grid pattern of intersecting streets. The city is comprised of many distinct neighbourhoods and districts, including the Entertainment District, which is home to the CN Tower.
Downtown Toronto is the starting point of the longest street in the world, Yonge Street. This diverse city also offers Little Italy, Little Portugal, Chinatown and Koreatown. You may also be interested in the fashionable Queen Street West, brimming with boutique shops and trendy bars.
The most populated city in Canada offers guests many cultural experiences including the Art Gallery of Ontario, Ontario Science Centre and the secret passages of Casa Loma. The Hockey Hall of Fame is testament to the popularity of this sport in Ontario. Fans can watch the Toronto Maple Leafs play at the Air Canada Centre.
Outdoors, Toronto's many parks and beaches are a great place to relax or enjoy a picnic. Whatever your budget, with Booking.com you can find a great hotel room or hostel dormitory to start exploring this exciting metropolis.
Its a busy city; mainly skyscrappers. A few historical places remain, the old post office, the cathedral and the distillery district. Distillery district is a good place to eat. Water front and harbour was disappointing.
A trip to Niagara Falls is essential. I recommend taking the tour from the city and the boat trip at the falls.
Traffic on express ways is horrendous. A 25 minute journey to the airport took 2 hours. The express ways are over loaded any time of day.
City trams, buses and airport express are good.

CN tower is overrated.
CN tower is overrated. Spent a lot of money for a meal at the 360 restaurant and it did not meet expectations at all. Seated away from the windows and food was average at best. Rest of Toronto was lovely- islands well worth a visit

We visited to see some baseball games and missed a hockey party by 1 night. Nice to go up the CN Tower and a ride on the water. Lucky to visit casa Loma a early century castle in Toronto. Would be nice to travel south to Niagra falls area

Traffic is kinda confusing especially if I'm used to California roads. There are a lot of yield turns which don't have a lane on its own. It would block the entire lane. There are a lot of potholes on the roads. I got my first red light ticket after been driving in US for 20 years. I would not drive here again.

Toronto is a mixture of old and new buildings.
Toronto is a mixture of old and new buildings. With enclaves where some nationalities flock together, not unlike other great cities of the world. People are polite and seem to be proud of their city. All of the people we interacted with were kind and generous.

Toronto is a horrible place to visit.
Toronto is a horrible place to visit. Traffic nightmares, protestors. Don't even get me started on the smells. Its like pure sewage or something just wafts through the air. I'm happiest when I see it in my rear view mirror.

Great location in the heart of Toronto downtown. Multiple grocery stores, pharmacies, cafes, restaurants, etc., within walking distance from the hotel. Eaton Centre around the corner.
Subway, street car, and bus access - all a block away from the hotel.
Hotel room was clean and comfortable. Daily housekeeping service. Complementary washing machine and dryer service during guests stay (self-service ; front desk kindly provides laundry detergent).
The hotel Bistro was very good. Nice local beers and food (for purchase).
The staff was very welcoming, kind, and helpful. The suites were very big and equipped with all the necessary items, which were new and modern. The location was very nice in the downtown and close to several public transportation options restaurants, and Toronto attractions. The breakfast was according to the description (grab and go, brief and with a few options). The view you can have from the city is also very nice from the higher floors of the hotel.
This was my first trip to Canada and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by Canada and the Canadians. All the people I met were very helpful and polite. The hotel was excellent, the room was comfortable. The bed was huge but you can't open the windows which is a shame.
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Even though my English was not perfect. If I ever travel to Canada, Toronto, again, I will definitely stay here again.
A cosy hotel with a lovely restaurant. A surprisingly lovely find in downtown Toronto. Excellent value for money. The room was nicely decorated, the bar and restaurant were very good.
