SaintJean Port Joli is a beautiful little town on the gulf of the St. Lawrence River. Everyone we encountered during our stay were very friendly and helpful. We were traveling with our little dog and were able to eat at a number of places allowing dogs on the patios. Most things are a bit pricey but hey, your on holiday so enjoy. Our only complaint would be that all of the information boards at tourist sites and menus are in French only but that is everywhere in Quebec. It's also located just off the Trans Canada. A bonus is there is a park within a block located along the St Lawrence river which was nice for a evening walk to stretch our legs after a long day of driving.Guest review byJed1590Canada

The staff is friendly and the rooms are well outfitted for an overnight stay, or longer. The rooms are clean and quiet. We had our dog with us which often presents a problem with hotels but they were welcoming of him and there was no extra charge for him. We would definitely recommend this property. Short walk to nice parks & 2 restaurants overlooking the St Lawrence River, very pretty area.
