We are a consulting firm specialised in Vacation Rental Properties. We own manage several properties in different cities in Spain. In addition to offering our properties, we also love to travel. We have been to several places in Brazil, Ecuador, Thailand, Bali, Cuba, San Francisco, New York, Miami ... I never expected our travel list to be over. Our trips are always present in every wall in interior design. The adventures we have had while traveling are fun, but more importantly, the people we have met along the way make our experience truly extraordinary. Welcome to "El Barrio". This building, completely renovated in 2020, is located in the old town of Alicante and has almost a century of history within its walls. It is a very special space in which Juana and her family have lived for the last 33 years. Juana decided to buy the building in 1987, when she set up her business on the ground floor and gave each of her children a home on the upper floors. Over the years, her children were emancipated and Juana felt like the space was becoming more and more empty. All the stories, memories and anecdotes lived in this place keep a very special space in the memory of Juana and her family. For that reason, in 2020 they decided to fill it with life again. This is how 'El Barrio' was born. A set of modern and sophisticated apartments, with all the comforts of a hotel and where you will feel at home.
