Cleaning is done 3 times a week and is included in the price.
Please note that in order to secure your reservation, you will be contacted by the property to arrange payment of a deposit via bank transfer equal to the 50% of the total amount of your reservation.
Please inform Can Mares of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
A damage deposit of € 1,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
