We are a family with extensive experience in hotels, rentals and property sales. We love receiving our guests, and facilitating their stay in our homes. We like sports, good food, hiking and explore new places in the company of family and friends. This property is special, there is no other penthouse of these characteristics, so well located and with such incredible views.
We are an open-minded, helpful family who place more importance on people than on business. We strongly believe in ethical values, based on trust, friendship and also responsibility.
We love that our guests become part of our friendships, and that they repeat the stay in the future. Francisca, Carlos, Eugenio and I (Ricardo) will be happy to welcome you in our house.

Beautiful penthouse located on the seafront of Puerto de Alcudia, next to the promenade, and just 5 minutes walk from one of the most beautiful beaches of the island, as is the beach of Alcudia, Fine white sand and shallow waters just off the shore. Area with a wide range of restaurants and shops. The penthouse consists of a spacious living room with large windows that provide wonderful views of the sea and the marina, identical to those of the master bedroom which has an en-suite bathroom. At the rear, a double bedroom with double bed and a single bedroom ideal for children/teenagers. Next to these bedrooms, a bathroom with shower. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, kettle, toaster, orange juicer, kitchenware and all the essentials to make your stay as comfortable as possible. It also has a large private terrace, upstairs, of about 80 m2, with a part of porch to enjoy the outdoors and the panoramic views from the marina, promenade, and commercial port, protected from the sun and rain. It is accessed from a spiral staircase that is inside the house. In short, it is a luxury penthouse in an unbeatable location, and with the best possible hosts ;)
