The apartment is located in the ground floor of a residential building with 8 apartments, in a very quiet neighborhood. Common areas of the building include the parking space, that is always available to our guests so do not need reservation, as well as the shared communal saltwater pool, very quiet and sunny. The access to the apartment can be done from the parking at the same level, just next to the apartment, or from the main door of the building, 2 floors downstairs. The apartment consists of an open space separated into several environments: kitchen equipped with table and chairs for 2 people; living room with work area, wardrobe, smart tv, sofa bed and AA; bedroom with double bed, separated from the living room with an elegant curtain. The decoration and details have been taken care of. The bathroom is accessed from the bedroom, and has a shower tray and bathroom screen. In addition, outside there is the private terrace, sunny in the morning and very cozy, as well as the shared pool, open from May to October. The pool is fenced to avoid any danger with children. For greater convenience, the parking space is located at the door of the accommodation, which makes loading and unloading luggage much easier. The accommodation is located in a residential neighborhood in the eastern part of the city, one of the best areas of Malaga, very quiet and safe, with numerous services just a step away, and at a safe distance from the tourist bustle of the center of Malaga, but where you can easily get there without further complications, on foot or by private car, bus, taxi or even alternative means of rental transport such as a moped, electric scooter or bicycle. The area is mostly made up of chalets, gardens and wooded areas, very pleasant to walk around. It has a commercial area very close on foot, with cafes, ice cream parlors, several restaurants (Italian, seafood, barbecue, sushi, hamburger), as well as a bus and taxi stop, pharmacy, hardware store, ATM, supermarket and stationery store. Next to the accommodation there is a very quiet public playground with swings and slides. In addition to this playground, a 5-minute walk away is Morlaco Park, an authentic forest in the middle of the city where you can easily see squirrels running around and from which the views of the Bay of Malaga are spectacular. A true privilege. The nearest beach can be reached in less than 10 minutes walking, right next to the emblematic Balneario de los Baños del Carmen.
