Property information

This fantastic recently renovated Studio has a beautiful sea view best enjoyed from it's balcony, oriented to the South West. Overlooking the sea, the complex pool area and tennis courts, sourrounding neighbourhood, stretching all the way to out neighbouring island La Gomera. Due to it's orientation you will enjoy lovely sunsets and a nice cool breeze. Located in the heart of Playa de las Américas, you have every amenity you may desire at the doorstep of the complex. A supermarket is just across the road from the complex, as well as the bus stop, bars, cafés and restaurants aswell. The beach and promenade are only 100 meters away, and the famous Veronicas strip is 400 meters away, although you won't notice it's there! Enjoy the community pool area, we recommend you take a stroll down to the beach and try out the Atlantic Ocean for yourself! Features two single beds in the sleeping area that can be pushed together, as well as a three seater sofa with flat screen TV. Located on the 8th floor.
