Property information

The building is completely renovated and was originally built in 1893. Its main charm is represented in the rustic and industrial type of design, meanwhile keeping some of the original features of the building like the wooden beams and arcs in the ceiling, as well as the brick walls. Each of the apartments, including the reception, are decorated by photographs of the internationally recognized photographer Enrique Rottenberg.

Neighbourhood information

Despite its proximity to the city center, Poble sec is an artistic and eclectic area, part of the Sants-Montjuïc district. The location is excellent,close to the life and hustle of the heart of the city center, yet far enough to offer tranquility, its own local spots and numerous of inexpensive restaurants and tapas bar to try out. An area filled in with museums, theaters and music bars.

Upon arrival please provide your credit card information to preauthorize EUR 250 for incidentals. This amount will be released upon check out, subject to a damages inspection.
