Property information

Wonderful country villa located between Pollença and Puerto Pollença. The first thing you will find is a large porch to enjoy the outdoors at any time of the day. Upon entering there is a living room with dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and others. These 2 rooms have access to the outdoor area of the property. You will also find 3 air-conditioned rooms, 2 of them with two single beds and the main room with a double bed. All of them share 2 bathrooms equipped with a bathtub. This villa is ideal for families with young children. You can enjoy other amenities such as the ping pong table and an impressive barbecue area that you can use at any time and in any weather as it is covered. This outdoor area has a shower room. Smoking is allowed outdoors

Neighbourhood information

Pollença is a beautiful town set at the north of the island in a valley, at about a forty five minute drive from the airport. It's a really charming and quiet place, set at a seven kilometres drive from the wonderful beaches of its own Port. Some of its points of interest are the Calvario steps, the Puig de Maria, the cala San Vicente, ect... It is also important to have in mind the wide range of restaurants and shops, specially around the lively main square and at the sea walk in the port. There is an hour drive to Palma and to other interesting places in the island.
