Property information

The lounge has patio doors to the balcony overlooking the pool and sea. There is an American style fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. The master bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning and en-suite full bathroom. The second bedroom has a small double bed and a single bed with air conditioning. There is also a guest bathroom. Unlimited Internet with an IPTV streaming package showing English, Scandinavian, German, French TV and many more languages along with hundreds of ready to watch up to date films on Video club. There is an underground allocated parking space is available free of charge.

Neighbourhood information

The marina which is only a short stroll away has many international restaurants and bars is walking distance of two blue flag beaches. Playa Cristo is a small alcove beach to the right of the marina and playa Rada starts at the lighthouse by the marina entrance and spreads for 2 km along the flat esplanade. Maintaining its Spanish feel Estepona old town is a short stroll from the marina. Still very typical Spanish with tree and flower lined streets.There is a flea market every Sunday morning with the main market on every Wednesday just a 5-minute walk from the marina.
