IMPORTANT INFORMATION: to avoid damage to the property, the owner requires a deposit of 300 euros paid by hand upon arrival, refundable once it is properly reviewed. YOUR PRIVATE REST IN JÁVEA A spectacular house, of modern architectural design, in one of the most delicate and beautiful holiday places in the Mediterranean sea. Javea is a traditional town on la Costa Blanca, with high quality international tourism, well known for its coves and sand beach and its many restaurants and beach bars, where leisure can be enjoyed in every season of the year. THE VILLA Designed Villa that has all the comforts to spend a pleasant holiday in a very quiet area. The house has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, two of them in suite, kitchen and living room overlooking the pool and the Montgó, the local mountain, as well as a terrace with private pool and a 700m2 garden with volleyball and badminton court. Central heating and air conditioning throughout the house. The house has an ideal energy to rest and for practicing yoga and meditation. The white light of the area, as well as its decoration make it very bright. Important: no groups allowed under 28 years old if they are not family members. Amazing view of the Montgó, the local mountain, from all rooms. Private pool with barbecue. Modern kitchen fully equipped to enjoy meals at home or have a glass of wine at the sunset. 7 minutes from the beach. In the area you can enjoy multiple sports, such as sailing, windsurfing, diving, golf, kayaking, climbing, etc. excursions to nearby villages and routes on the coast and inland. 1 hour distance from important cities, such as Alicante and Valencia, both with international airports.

Javea is one of the best villages to spend a pleasant holiday. Nightlife and sports and day trips make the holiday offer very varied and for all ages and tastes. You can choose between restaurants of internationally renowned cuisine, including one of two Michelin stars, others excellent for their local food, which include in their menus grilled meats, fish, rice, garden dishes and vegetables, tapas and also all kinds of international culinary experiences. The nightlife is fun: there are bars and clubs, concerts and cultural events by renowned artists. There is the possibility of practicing water sports such as diving, water skiing, sailing, windsurfing, kayaking, paddle surfing, jet skis or boat rental. In addition, you can do walking routes, hiking, climbing, visits to caves, bicycle rental, beach volleyball and endless sports in nearby areas inland or on the coast. Javea has several beaches: El Arenal, the main one, is of fine clear sand with all the facilities and restaurants available. In addition, it has several spectacular Mediterranean coves with incredible landscapes and many of them with small restaurants where you can try the local food. There is also a nice fishing port, where you can enjoy the fish market and the arrival of the fishing boats that sell their fish to the restaurants of the port and the nautical. It is also worth visiting the village with its narrow streets full of flowers and plants, at the foot of the Montgo. It has a beautiful church, San Bartolome, a Gothic building built in the sixteenth century. Next to it, the small food market where you can buy local products or enjoy tapas and beers or breakfast. And if the stay is a little longer, do not miss excursions to nearby local villages, inland or coast, to the beautiful city of Valencia or even sailing to Ibiza to spend the day.
