Stunning Villa with Panoramic Views (Sea and Mountain) Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay with stunning views. 4 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, 1 Bedroom is an Independent Annex. Wi-Fi internet (25mb speed), Air-conditioning in all bedrooms and lounge/dining area, 5 Minute Drive from the Town Centre of Estacion de Cartama, 20 minute drive to Malaga City Centre, 25KM from Malaga Airport, Quiet and Private, Concrete/Tarmac road all the way up to the entrance of this property in the countryside which many rural properties do not have. Holiday Home rented directly by the owner who speaks both English & Spanish Peaceful and quiet location with only a handful of neighbouring properties, very private and not overlooked from any other property. Stunning views from the terrace and pool area overlooking the valley, mountains and sea. Just a short 5 minute drive to the local town with all amenities and a large selection of bars & restaurants PLEASE NOTE: Parties/Events of any kind are strictly forbidden and subject to a penalty fee of 500 euros (1500 under 21) should this take place. There is a CCTV security camera that monitors the driveway entrance to the property. PLEASE NOTE: It is a requirement to pay a 500 Euro damage deposit before arrival via Paypal (1500 euro if under 21) if you do not currently have a Paypal account you will need to set one up to be able to make the damage deposit transfer which will be fully refunded upon a property inspection after check-out. Alternatively guests can book via Air bnb where no deposit payment is necessary. PLEASE NOTE: Copies of passports for all guests need to be received before check-in. This is not set by us and is a local legal requirement.
