Beautiful traditional and elegant Villa with 3 spacious and bright rooms, located in the prestigious urbanization of Tosalet in Javea, a few minutes drive from the beach of Arenal, shops and restaurants.
Capacity for eight guests. Stone walls and wooden beams in the living room, with fireplace.
A family villa for holidays all year long. Very elegant decoration with beautiful furniture, modern fully equipped American kitchen and American style bar. It has a traditional style with beautiful open nayas.
The villa is distributed on two independent floors.
The ground floor has a spacious living room with satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet.
The upper floor with independent access has a kitchen, living room, a double bedroom, a shower room and a convertible sofa bed for 2 people.
Outside, there is a beautiful stone terrace around the pool and garden with a barbecue to enjoy lunches and dinners in the garden with friends and family. The villa has private parking for 3 cars.
There is air conditioning throughout the house and limited WIFI.

My family owned this house from 1977 to 1999 when it was sold. We spent two months a year here every year until then. It truly was our second home.
Destiny should have it that I was able to buy our villa back just this year 2022. I am so happy to have this cherished piece of my childhood returned to our family!

Horseback riding, biking, skiing, hiking are some of my favorite past times… being outside brings me back to myself every time! Culture as in good food, music, theater, interior design and architecture just to name a few get me exited and invigorated!
I am all about going the extra mile to make my friends, clients, guests feel not only welcomed but also seen, heard and appreciated. In friendship, work and hosting.

Javea is a small paradise in the south of Spain with a relaxing holiday atmosphere. The clean, warm, blue Mediterranean Sea laps the beautiful beaches and coves that Javea has to offer.
With its variety of landscape, ranging from sandy coastlines to rugged mountain areas. Javea is a jewel on the Costa Blanca, combining beauty and modern facilities.
20 kilometres of coastline, with a wide choice of beaches, like the sandy bay at El Arenal or heavenly coves such as La Granadella. Situated between Valencia and Alicante it enjoys the impressive and magnificent protection of Mount Montgó, rising to 753 metres just to the northwest of the town.
The neighborhood of El Tosalet is secluded and so quiet, you can hear the wind in the palm leaves. It‘s a beautiful neighborhood to go for a evening stroll. However it also only takes 10min by car to get to the beach, the grocery store, restaurants…
Not to be missed are the port and the old town of Xabia.
If you have enough time, venture beyond to other charming towns along the coast. They make for fantastic day trips!
