- Localization- very closed to local market, shops, fish-shop, supermarket, Interhome-Office, etc - very much space, comfortable, safe, quiet in the bed-rooms (view direct to the garden) - comfortable bed-rooms and big space for clothes/languages - full-equipped (except an hair-drier/but it was ok because of the very good wetter or a lighter for the candles) - all what you need for cooking and dining - 10-15 minutes by walk to the public-beach or 5 by car - underground personal garage (with own door) - in the from of the 2nd bed-room enough space to park 3 bikes (like we had)
