Agence Cocoonr B&P offers you the perfect apartment to enjoy a breathtaking view of the harbor and the Bassin with the Ile aux oiseaux on the horizon. You will be literally at the foot of the Eyrac beach, thanks to a private access to the beach from the residence. Located on the 2nd floor with elevator, the Epsom is a spacious apartment of 75 m², with a large living room offering a breathtaking view, thanks to the 3 bay windows giving onto the balcony, what to subjugate you. The apartment is composed : The living room consists of two friendly and bright spaces with two large sofas (including a double sofa bed 160 of great French brand very comfortable), comfortable armchairs, TV and a dining area. You can also enjoy more privacy by closing the curtain between these two spaces and transforming your sofa into a double bed. A fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, oven, gas stove, toaster, microwave, Nespresso machine and filter coffee machine, dishwasher and plenty of cupboards) to cook comfortably even on vacation. A few coffee capsules on arrival, different kinds of tea, condiments, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper An adjoining laundry room (washing machine, cleaning products, vacuum cleaner, ironing board, iron, clothes line, etc.) will also be useful. Some washing machine and washing machine shelves, paper towels, toilet paper, shower gel to start your stay without stress. A double room with a large bed (140x190cm) and a large closet will give you all the privacy you need. At noon, let yourself be tempted by an oyster tasting in one of the oyster ports of the Basin, rather towards the port of La Teste, or Gujan, or at the market at 15 minutes, (bring a container if you want them to open your oysters, and don't go too late for this request!) then leave to conquer the majestic Dune du Pyla If you feel like taking to the sea, regular boat shuttles from the Thiers pier to Cap Ferret, the island of birds, the famous cabanes tchanquées! The arguin bank, transparent water, paradise on earth! Descent of the leyre river, to the ornithological park in Teich, choose to be accompanied by a guide, or alone with your kayak, sublime!
