The best value of the Messina region! Rent beautiful apartments of 3 rooms-kitchen-bathroom, 2 bedrooms and loft equivalent to a 3-room in small building 1910 4 apartments in the center of Montigny-les-Metz. 2 steps from all amenities, possibility of reaching METZ (public transportation a few meters, bikes available) and the entire region. Sheets provided (at extra cost) final cleaning tidy or done in option (except dishes and abnormal dirt), all expenses included. Washing machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, ... Free wifi.
Owner present as much as possible, always listens to its tenants. I try to preserve the tranquility of the occupants and to adapt to their needs wherever possible.
We are in the center of Montigny-les-Metz, city of METZ agglomeration. You have all the small shops within walking (bakeries, post, ...) and supermarket a few hundred meters. A large supply of small restaurants with one of the most popular of the city, type Parisian bistro "Les Filles du Boucher" whose specialty is cooking in the wood oven of succulent meat and delicious fish. Stops of public transport in the city of Metz, a church, town hall are just steps away.The back of the building overlooking the park and the castle of Courcelles, which hosts many exhibitions.
