COTE PIETONNE is a large studio with balcony, located at the beginning of the pedestrian street in the center of Nice. Decorated in a modern way, you will be seduced by the layout of the main room, to accommodate 2 people. The apartment has a pleasant sunny balcony for lunch in the sun. In addition, it has a kitchen independent of the main room. You will appreciate its volumes and its ideal location giving access to all Nice. The apartment is located on the 4th floor with elevator and has free wifi internet connection. Located rue du Congrès, the apartment is in the city center, at the beginning of the pedestrian street. You will be at a few minutes from all the attractions of Nice: Place Masséna, the Old Town, the Promenade des Anglais and the beaches ... In addition, the area is full of shops and restaurants. You will be only a few meters from two bus stations, allowing you to move as you please in Nice and its surroundings. You will also be minutes from the tram. Parking of the Palais de la Méditerranée nearby.
