French style honky tonk. Just gotta love it. Walkable, with lots of restaurants, and some good ones ( we found a terrific one 2 Blocks from our hotel) also as to what you’d expect @ a beach resort lots of choices for ice cream incl Amrino Italian gelato ( my wife’s favorite)
Cool bonus- a pedestrian street with lots of cheesy joints where you can buy what Mexicans call “Cochinadas “ ie stuff you ask yourself later, say what? !
Yet there were a few bars along ,it one of which enabled me to have a much needed cocktail .,
So pleasantly surprising and yes, I’d go back.

Lovely place. Best beaches and plenty of space for everyone.
Lovely place. Best beaches and plenty of space for everyone. Good facilities for families and lots of bars and restaurants to pick from. The harbour end of the beach has a big new aquarium attraction and there’s jet skis boats and other stuff to hire and a big wheel which is worth a go especially at night all illuminated. Perpignan is easily accessible on bus and taxis.

A lovely place which exceeded our expectations.
A lovely place which exceeded our expectations. We went at the very start of the season (early June), so plenty of places open but not crowded at all. Some great places to eat, including the beach shacks all along the beach.

It's a family seaside resort.
It's a family seaside resort. Very friendly with large expanse of Sandy beach and a clear blue sea. Did have quite a bit of wind so a beach shelter would have been handy. Plenty of walks and cycle paths too. Not the easiest location if you are vegetarian. If you don't want to eat out everyday there is a Carrefour along beachfront and a Lidl and supermarket a little further inland

We found Canet to be a lovely resort even just before the season started. A wide range of facilities and gorgeous wide sandy beaches. Plenty for families in the day and nightlife at night. It is very windy - worth beating this in mind!

We know Canet Plage well as we only live a couple of hours away, and sometimes go there for a day trip. It's a nice place, quite lively in the summer. Everyone there feels friendly. The beach is good sand, and in the summer there are pop-up restaurants on the beach. There are also a few permanent restaurants on the other side of the road from the beach. Canet-en-Rousillon is the village, and this is very quaint.

. I have previously stayed at this hotel when visiting friends in the area.
Located just one street back from the beach with many restaurants close by. Also a lovely bakery/patisserie in the street opposite.
I was delighted with the refurbishments/updates undertaken by the new owners.
The new dining room, the great breakfast choices and new furnishings, bedding and overall cleanliness.
Great pool area with sunloungers and shaded seating area.
Excellent value for money.
The room is nice, bright and big enough, with a balcony to the sea side (as often in such places, the view goes to the street and parking and then to the beach) . The small toilet room is separated from the shower room, which is a nice detail. The breakfast is good and varied. Direct access to the beach (crossing the calm street), free beach towels are provided by the hotel. There's plenty of free parking space on the street next to the hotel.
Everything. Great location, awesome staff, excellent rooms. Stayed with wife, toddler and a baby. The staff were awesome and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and cater for the little ones.
It was a 5 minute walk to the beach and when you had enough you could go back to the hotel pool.
Dinner in the evening was by the pool and the food was amazing. Each night they had something different on the specials menu.
So glad we found this beautiful little hotel. Sandra was the perfect host and her style is imprinted on every part of this place - it’s wonderful.
Our room was cosy and spotlessly clean. You couldn’t be in a more perfect and central location whilst staying in Canet Plage everything is in walking distance. We would 100% stay here again.
Very very nice host and staff. Nice, quiet, cozy hotel in nice area. We really enjoyed our stay. We could not get our kids out from the pool :-) Breakfast was also very good. Only "problem" was that we stayed only one night and did not have enough time to enjoy rest of the possibilities around. Thank you!
we had to pay extra for the sheets ( many hotels in France do that) I it was not very convincentesi because we flew from another country with our hand luggage only, so no space for an extra stuff. . supermarkets are near buy, just 5 min drive from the beach
The hotel is right on the waterfront. The rooms are small and stylish and perfectly clean. It’s worth getting a room with a Seaview as the little balconies are wonderful.
The staff were incredibly helpful and looked after us very well.
Ezz'hotel is really functional and clean. The owner and staff are incredibly friendly, professional and supportive. There is a lovely garden with patio and the hotel is just a few meters away from the beach and the restaurants.
Lovely hotel, really good food, close to the beach, private parking, good road access & lovely pool. Being a few blocks from the beach front meant it was just far enough away from the late night noise, but only a few mins walk.
perfect location, steps from beach, plenty of restaurants close, parking arranged short walk and secure. breakfast small selection but very good (GF bread available) and Staff very friendly, helpful. rooms and hotel spotless.
We really enjoyed the stay in this small hotel. Everything was great: very clean room, comfortable beds, friendly staff. We particularly liked the breakfast which was rich and diverse.
Dinner in the restaurant was ok.
The hotel is well located near the beach. The room was extremely clean and quiet. The breakfast was simple, but adequate: continental breakfast. The staff was readily available when we needed them.
The hotel was absolutely amazing; the location, the pool, the staff, so close to the beach, so relaxing; literally more than we hoped for; bed and pillows were the best!
coffea machine Nespresso very much appreciated
animation at the hotel at night is also nice
security at the pool is rude he thinks he s looking after a nightclub
