Fantastic location, an easy walk from the train and popular sites. Great view over Cours Mirabeau. So much fun watching the street life but thanks to the glazed windows there was no noise when they were closed - I am really noise sensitive but found it very peaceful. The little kitchen was handy. There are lots of delicious boulangeries and delicatessans nearby and it is better food and value to buy from them rather than some of the touristy restaurants.
