Hôtel Des Congrès Et Festivals is located 50 metres from Rue d’Antibes in Central Cannes and 5 minutes' walk from Carré d'Or and Cannes Train Station. It offers free WiFi and air-conditioned guest rooms, each with a flat-screen TV with chromecast technology and a mini-fridge. All of the hotel’s rooms have soundproofed windows and lift access.
