It was quiet, way too quiet to my liking. They could have done so much with a castle that they have. It was just a bit disappointing really. All I can say is that its a good place if you want to be left alone with not much going on at all.

Fabulous location, lovely clean rooms with a really comfortable bed and pillows. The standard room was really small so we paid extra and had a bigger room with a bigger bathroom so the room felt lovely... could do with a bit of tlc, new bath, woodwork and walls could do with some fresh paint... But we'll definitely stay again, staff were really friendly, parking facilities and just great location.. thoroughly enjoyed our stay...
