Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you, in the commune of Les Gets, this charming flat at the foot of the slopes, of a surface of 34 m² and which can welcome up to 6 travellers. Located on the 2nd floor (without lift), it consists of a nice living room of 15 m², an open plan kitchen, a night area, a bathroom and a balcony with a view of the slopes. Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you to enjoy the mountain air! The accommodation is composed as follows: - A 15 m² living room with a bunk bed (2 single beds) and a dining area. - An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven, oven, hotplates, dishwasher, filter coffee machine... - A mezzanine with a TV, a sofa bed (double) and a double bed (140×190). - A bathroom with bathtub and towel dryer. - Separate toilet. Other remarks : - Ski locker. - Small pets accepted for an extra charge of 15e per stay. - Sheets and towels included - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, with an extra charge (Rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). - Umbrella bed hire 15e per week, and baby chair hire 15e. (Rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). - Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.

The flat is ideally located in Les Gets, on the slopes and only 800 m from the town centre, in a very pleasant environment in a co-ownership of 12 units. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... Nearby: - The residence is located on the slopes and in the immediate vicinity of the town centre. - The Chavannes ski lift is located at 1400 m. - At 200 m from the lake which consists of the nautical leisure base and its various land games. - The whole of Les Gets is accessible on foot from the residence. Activities : The flat is located in a winter and summer resort. - In winter: skiing, snowshoeing, dog sledding, hiking, sledging, snowshoeing, snow scooter... - In summer: mountain biking on the biggest tracks in Europe, tennis, paragliding, microlighting, 18-hole golf... - Events: Trail des Gets, Lounge Music Festival, World Mountain Bike Championships...
