Welcome to Les Roses de Jonzac! Surrounded by vineyards and sunflower fields, let yourself be won over by the calm and serenity of the setting. The gîte can accommodate up to 26 people (6 families with 12 to 14 children) in our 2 gîtes, a Tiny House and 3 roulottes (heated with private bathrooms and WCs) for an unusual experience. Here's a breakdown of the 26 beds and our recommendations for the comfort of older children, even if all our beds have already been used by adults. - The 3 roulottes for 4 people (20 m2). All have a sleeping area with a double bed (140 cm) and a pull-out bed (160 cm) on the living area. We recommend them for 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults. - The gîte for 6 people (70 m2). It comprises a mezzanine bedroom with a double bed. There is 1 bunk bed on the large landing. On the ground floor, in the living area of the lounge/dining room, there's a real sofa bed for 2. We recommend it ideally for 2 adults with 4 children or 4 adults and 2 children. - The Tiny (28 m²) has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed, a bathroom, a living room and a kitchenette. We recommend it for 2 to 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. - The 4-person gîte (30 m2) comprises a bedroom with a double bed and a futon-type sofa-bed in the living room. futon-type sofa-bed in the living room. Our estate is particularly well-suited to gatherings such as meals, business meetings, training courses and seminars. We offer a beautiful reception room. It can accommodate 30 seated guests. The room is equipped with disco lights, an overhead projector and a hi-fi system for your festive evenings. During the summer months (May to September or longer, upon weather), you can also take advantage of the swimming pool and its deckchairs.

The swimming pools is cleaned everyday by the owner on the evening. Last but not least, the property is set in a 4000 m2 wooded garden with trampoline, picnic tables, BBQs and numerous outdoor games (darts, molkis, etc.). We're just 10 mins from Jonzac, famous for its large "Les Antilles" water park, casino, spa and summer leisure centre (accrobranche, pedalo, stand-up paddle....). The tourist office is open all year round for a wide range of activities and visits. The gîte is 45 mins from Saintes and Angoulême. Royan, its beaches and Bordeaux are 1 hour away. The deposit can be paid on the spot by pre-authorized credit card, cancelled within one month of your departure. Animals are not accepted Options (to be paid on site) - Late check out: stay until 4pm on the day of departure available for an extra fee. - Hearty breakfast for an extra fee/person. - Cleaning package: an extra fee applies if cleaning is not done by guests. - Towels: extra fee/stay/person.
