We are in a residential neighborhood, so it’s pretty safe here, most of my neighbors are local families with kids. But we still suggest guests to come back earlier, better before 23pm, as most travelers are from foreign countries, it must be more difficult to find your way in the night . Instead of staying out late, it’s even better to get up earlier in the morning. 🏢 **Around the Neighborhood:** Supermarket, library, pharmacies, bakeries, restaurants, laundry, barber shop – all within a short walk. ⚽ **Play and Explore:** A park, playgrounds, sports areas, and public exercise equipment nearby. 🚍 **Getting Around:** 7-min walk to Train J station LE STADE for a 15-min ride to central Paris.
