Situated in one of the best locations in Chamonix, with a south-facing balcony terrace and stunning views of Mont Blanc and overlooking the river Arve, Residence des Alpes 302 appt is a very spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is right in the middle of Chamonix's pedestrian high street. This accommodation in Chamonix has a large living room with lounge seating around a log fire, plus a separate dining area with access to the balcony where there is an additional table and chairs. Residence des Alpes 302 appt also has a well-equipped kitchen with full size oven, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer. There is a flatscreen TV and DVD player. There are two king/twin bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a bath, the other with a shower. Additionally, there are two Z-beds (fold out single beds) and also the sofa converts into 2 single beds too. There is secure underground parking for one car.
