We have lived in Les Deux Alpes for the last 10 years. We have holidayed in Cap d'Agde for 8 years. It is a great place with plenty to do.

The apartment sleeps 4. Situated on 3rd floor, no lift. On entering the apartment there is a light and airy room with a 'coin de nuit', with a closed door to the living area, this has a bunkbed with doors to a bathroom with bath and shower overhead. A separate toilet. The kitchen is very well equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, 4 ring hob, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, washing machine - everything you need. A dining table for 4. The living area has a comfortable sofa with a flat screen tv with dvd player. There is a double bedroom with a 1.60 x 1.90 bed, with plenty of storage. From the balcony you have great views of the swimming pool that is in the residence, and the canal with all the boats. The swimming pool is not heated, and is open June - end September. The apartment is located in a excellent location. Within a 2 minute walk there is a bakery, small supermarket and restaurants. There are beaches within a 3 minute walk, along with more bars and restaurants. Also the fresh off the boat fish market from 7am every day is only a few minutes away. A bus boat stop is 2 minutes walk that takes you to 'Centre Port' and the other beaches. There is private parking, based on first come first served, not reserved place. Sheets: You can rent sheets at the agency (but if you arrive after 18.00 the agency will be closed until Monday) Or you can bring your own, in the apartment there is one double bed size of 160 X 200, a bunk bed 90 x 200 and a sofa bed width 140 x 200 The pillows are 50 x 50 square The duvets are 220 x 240 (double x 2) and 200 x 150 (single beds x 2) Cleaning products: There are no cleaning products, rubbish bags, dishwasher tablets, product for the washing machine, toilet paper, sponges etc in the apartment. As we do not live in Cap d'Agde we are unable to stock this at the apartment every week. You will need to provide what you need.

Residence des Pecheurs is located in a quieter, more family orientated area of Cap d'Agde. The closest beaches are the Plagette and the Conque. There is a fish market every morning only 400m away, where you can go and buy fresh fish straight off the boat. Plenty of parks for all ages: Aqualand, Captain Jacko, Dinoland and LunaPark, these attractions can be reached easily from the apartment. Throughout the year there are many events organised by the tourist office. Lots of varied restaurants in the surrounding area, to suit all tastes. There is a bus boat, that can take you to the other areas of cap d'agde by water, the stop is a 2 minute walk from the apartment
