We booked this accommodation for one night. Then approx one week later, we got an email from the hotel saying, hotel is closed, sorry cannot honour the booking. I asked for an explanation and got none. I asked them to cancel my booking they didn't. Then the day before booking was due to be used, I get an email asking how is my stay? Very suspicious and quite bewildering experience. I think communication is very important and being honest with people. I don't feel this accommodation provided that. Suffice to say, we won't plan on booking this place in the future.

The location was great, we were there during the festivities and we could easily walk everywhere. The room was nice and clean and the staff was very helpful!
