We loved it and our kids loved it as well! From the moment we arrived at Chateau Murviel, it was clear we had stumbled upon a gem that beautifully marries history with modern comfort. Nestled atop a hill, the chateau offers breathtaking views that promise to enchant every visitor. The location alone is worth the stay, providing a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life while inviting exploration and appreciation of the surrounding beauty. We had amazing breakfast and conversation with hosts about their and ours travels. Amazing family. Highly recommend. Please be careful when driving - don't get stuck on GPS route - there's a better route with arrows - still narrow, but easier. What truly sets Chateau Murviel apart, however, is the condition of its facilities. It's apparent that great care is taken to maintain the property's integrity, ensuring everything is in excellent working order without detracting from its historic allure.
