Immanuel was a very kind and accommodating host! I highly recommend this property for its location and cleanliness + complete home materials. It was definitely a great comfy spot at the heart of old town cannes.

Private rents his comfortable studio in the heart of the Suquet, the historial and reputed neighborhood of Cannes city. Ideal for 1 to 3 persons, you will live close to the restaurants, beaches, shops, public transports and the Festival Palace. Entirely renovated in August 2016, on the 4th and last floor (without elevator), my flat has thus the very rare advantage for the neighborhood, of not being overlooked nor having neighbours. Set back from the street, you will be able to appreciate the apartement as much for the important night life of the neiborhood, as for its absolute quietness. More than a studio, the flat includes a bedroom corner behind his curtains « boat cabin » style with his own TNT TV, an excellent tailor-made latex foam mattress (measures : 140 by 185), then in the main room, a large and comfortable sofa bed (160 by 200) more adapted if you are tall (+1meter84) or fitting for 2 additional travellers. Under the roof and mansarded, the apartment has a surface of 23 square meters (Carrez Law). You will also find a reversible air conditioner, a wifi connection via optical fiber, a soundbar which will also enable you to listen to your own playlists. Netflix.
This apartment brings to my children, my friends and myself, a lot of happiness. We are very attached to it, and will be happy to present it to you. We spend a great holiday regularly and are certain that this will be the case for you too. Whether you come for business or for relaxing days you will spend the perfect stay. Le Suquet: is for me the most beautiful area of Cannes. Old historical district it is typical and authentic with its side village of old and its old stones. You will have from its heights the best point of view on the city of Cannes and its croisette, ideal among others the summer for its famous fireworks. Totally pedestrian neighborhood is particularly lively at night with its many bars and restaurants. It is also ideally located, 2 minutes from the Forville market, the Meynadier street and the old port, 5 minutes from the beaches, the Rue d'Antibes and cinemas, 8 minutes from the Palais des Festivals ... In short a situation for the happiness of "everyone". Facing the bay of Cannes and the Esterel mountains, two moles, the lérins islands, a meeting point of a stay in Cannes. You can also go by boat to Porquerolles, St Tropez. This region is rich in ballads, especially in the hinterland. Do not hesitate to visit Gourdon, Tourette sur Loup, Biot and its glassblowers, the perfumes of Grasse, St Paul de Vence, ceramics and potteries of art of Vallauris ... etc .. In winter, excellent ski resorts are a 90-minute drive away.
