The top floor light and spacious apartment features two private balconies with far-reaching views over the Pennines. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one ensuite to the master bedroom. Open-plan lounge to fully equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee machine and fridge/freezer. The lounge has a flat-screen TV, complimentary Netflix streaming service, and free WiFi throughout the apartment. Space for homeworking in the kitchen or master bedroom. Private entrance with CCTV security. Free allocated parking space within the secure gated car park adjacent to the building.
This luxury apartment is less than five minutes walk from the Etihad Stadium, the home of Manchester City football club. It is also a 2/3 minute walk from the brand new Co-op Live arena, which is Europe's largest indoor live music venue. The apartment is located in the centre of Sports City, home to the National Cycling Centre, which has an indoor velodrome and BMX arena. It is an easy 25-minute walk along the picturesque canal path to the vibrant, bustling heart of Manchester city centre. Alternately, it is well served by the tram network, being only two stops/ five minutes directly into Piccadilly train station. The apartment is conveniently opposite McDonald's, Starbucks and a large Asda superstore.
