Upon entry, the landing gives you access to a spacious living room for entertainment and comfort on the right. This living room will greet you with characteristic fireplace, this tastefully decorated room is ideal for winding down in the evenings. The comfortable living room sofa extends into a sofa-bed should you require the additional bed. It faces the smart TV which gives you access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Plus, BBC Iplayer and more. The open plan layout connects you with all the spaces of the downstairs so whether you are a group of 2 or 6, you'll have a social yet warm space. The kitchen with modern appliances and equipped with essentials for your convenience is straight ahead and the staircase to the upstairs is on the left. The ready-to-use kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge so that you can make the most of your stay. There is also a washing machine to make use of. Cheltenham is a charming town located in the heart of the Cotswolds. The property itself is in the area of Fairview, an area which boasts regency style architecture and townhouses. Conveniently located, close to the boutique and independent shopping buzz of the Fairview area, this property's location is second to none. This property neighbours the Cheltenham High Street and Sandford Park, a large open park which becomes the place to be during the summer months and forms part of a peaceful walking route in the winter. Within walking distance is Pittville Park, which is home to a beautiful lake and the Pittville Pump rooms, a stunning Regency building which oversees the lake and is a popular destination for tourists. Host of the Cheltenham festival, the Cheltenham racecourse is only a mile away from the property and is perfectly situated in between the racecourse and the town centre. If you are feeling active or would rather avoid the traffic on race days, it's a 25 minute walk to the racecourse.
