A secure and tranquil, 1 bedroom, top floor apartment with free parking, overlooking Crawley. 10 minutes from Gatwick Airport, Ideal for a quiet space to work with desk space or a short train or bus to Gatwick. London by train is 45 minutes from Crawley station, a 5 minute walk away, or an even quicker 34 minutes from Three Bridges station, running all night. A 2 minute walk will take you to the main High Street with bars, restaurants and shopping centre. Goffs Park is a 10 minute walk providing woods, lakeside views and golf.
I’m a busy professional engineer often travelling to sites across the country where the apartment is free for use.
Right in the town centre of Crawley with bars and restaurants across the next street. One car parking space within the underground car park is available via secure shutters. Crawley train station is a 5 minute walk and there are bus stops either side of the building. There is also a multi-storey car park opposite for additional parking.
